Wellness Hub
A calm space for you
For pharmacy students, residents, and pharmacists who are running on empty. Take a quiet minute to check in, breathe, or reflect. You do not have to earn rest.
Pharmacy asks a lot of you, whether you are in school, residency, or already practicing. I built this page for the days that feel heavy: before a shift, after a tough rotation, or in the middle of burnout you keep pushing through. Stay as long as you need.

A note on resilience
A short, personal reminder about setbacks, mental health, and keeping going. Turn your sound on.
Originally shared for Mental Health Awareness Month. Still a good reminder any day of the year.
Start wherever feels easiest.
How are you, really?
No performance review. Just a quiet check-in for wherever you are in pharmacy life.
Take 2 minutes
Short practices for between classes, before a shift, or after a hard day. Pick one and give yourself a couple of minutes.
Two quiet minutes
Step away from the inbox, the chart, or the study guide. Just two minutes.
2:00
Box breathing
Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4. A simple reset between patients, lectures, or long days.
Ground yourself
Name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste.
Pause and sip
Get a glass of water. Drink slowly and notice the temperature and taste.
A gentle prompt
Sit with one question. Use it in a journal, on a walk, in the car after work, or just in your head.
When you are ready, grab a prompt.
Want to talk it through?
Sometimes a quiet tool is enough. Other days it helps to talk with someone who has been through pharmacy school, residency, and practice. I offer 30-minute mentorship sessions for $50.
